SCHEMATIC DESIGN
   After documenting the existing conditions of your site and house we develop design schemes that meet your project goals. The preliminary round of designs focuses on alternative layouts, relationships to the existing house and includes estimates of cost.
    Following this review additional more focused schematic designs are developed, presented and reviewed. Elevations, details and materials are incorporated into the preliminary designs and further estimates of cost are provided. Use of 3-D interior and exterior views and scale models can help you understand how the project will look.
    The final schematic design drawings are used during any City required public reviews of your project.
