CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
   Following completion of the schematic design construction documents are developed that specify how the project is to be built, what materials and components (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.) are to be used and how these materials and components are to be installed.
   Soils reports; structural engineering; Title 24 energy, electrical load and gas load calculations; land surveys; grading and drainage plans; and special designs (lighting, mechanical, landscaping, interior decoration, etc) are all integrated into a complete set of construction documents. These documents are used to obtain the building permit, bid the job and build the project.
